A church service will be held on 23 July, the feast day of St Mary Magdaleine, patron saint of Upton Noble Church. St Mary Magdaleine is the saint most often associated with the private distress of mental health problems and the service will include a forum that will discuss some of the issues affecting people with mental health in the present day.

Everyone is welcome to attend the service, the forum and a special barbecue, which will be held in the churchyard afterwards.
